Stepping up to the challenge
of shaping our cities
With our project developments, we want to contribute to making urban spaces – as spaces for people to communicate and interact – more livable, healthier and safer.
This also means laying the foundations for the intelligent mobility of the future. And anticipating the effects of climate change now, to meet this challenge head-on with innovative measures.
Working together in a spirit of partnership with users and investors, the public sector, neighbors and the general public.
Henning Dumrese is CEO, has been active in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, and has successfully managed project development companies with significant project volumes as Managing Director.
He was previously an associate partner at Lang & Cie. Rhein-Ruhr Real Estate AG. For his office development in Duesseldorf, compliance with the EU Taxonomy Regulation was already certified in 2021.
From 2012 to 2019, he was Managing Director Projects at Development Partner AG, where he initiated, designed, managed and marketed numerous project developments to well-known companies or entities such as Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Reserved LLP, the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) or the City of Cologne.
We support our customers in creating contemporary working environments that motivate people and stimulate them to fulfill their potential together.
Urban Innovation supports companies that want to better leverage their market standing.
Office space can be rented – or it offers the opportunity of a (partial) investment in a client’s own, innovative property, which is tailored to its own, future requirements.
We create added value by combining the project development and a long-term lease agreement.
